I’ve struggled with emotional eating for a long time and had read numerous books and tried almost every diet out there with not much success. When I first signed up with Emma, I really wasn’t sure what to expect… part of me thought maybe the swaying pocket watch and a click of “back in the room….” how wrong could I be.
From the first session, Emma took the time to understand my issue and then explain how she would help and the logic behind all of the activities we carried out. It all made so much sense and every week that passed helped me to understand myself and my own feelings with food or eating.
With only a few sessions, my attitude had already started to change and my outlook totally changed. So much so, that when I decided to start healthy eating again about 6 sessions in, I lost half a stone in my first few weeks! Emma’s therapy has truly supported me to be more positive and 10 months later, I still use so many of her techniques.
People have noticed I am more upbeat, motivated and happier and this really has come from my hypnotherapy. I can’t recommend her highly enough and am so thankful for all the support she has given me.
